Anti Virus, now Anti Spy-ware

Okay, but what about spy-ware and ad-ware and such?  This stuff can be
damaging as well.  Is there any anti spy ware software like Spybot or
Ad-aware that work with Linux?  Or is this not a problem for the same
reasons that viruses aren't a big issue?
