Unable to install 8.04 from 6.06

When you say you received the live 8.04 CD, please tell us where or how 
you got it.  Is it a free one that you requested, did you buy it from a 
dealer, did you download it yourself or did someone download it for you?

If you downloaded it yourself, tell us what you did after the download?
