Not detecting WiFi wlan on laptop??

Installed on laptop, but did not find my wlan/WiFi, or load support drivers?
lspci detected as:? "Broadcom Corp BCM94311MCG wlan mini-PCI rev 02"

How do I load support for this hardware?? How do I make it always load at boot?
