kernel 18-rt still not there?

i think it wasn't like this
i once apt-got kernel 17-rt
so am expecting it getting upgraded whenever the new one comes out
now it's more than a week since 18-generic came out
but after my dist-upgrade today ... 18-rt still isn't there
is it that it's there in the package list but system is keepking it away
for a while cuz there is something dangerous about getting them in?

am now using 8.04 on artigo(via c7 = x86 oriented machine)
