First of all, I guess you should start backing up your data in order to
perform a fresh install as Ashley stated, but if you just want to upgrade,
you need to have the following releases to do the upgrade(ex. 6.04 - 6.10 -
7.04 - 7.10 - 8.04) but It's not very recommended, I should recommend to do
a fresh install.
