Places vs. Places . . Why the differences?

But it doesn't block the use of images from NTFS partitions. I keep my 
desktop image, and all compressed file formats, on a separate NTFS (for 
sharing) partition. I do that for uncompressed backup, versus compressed 
for everything else.
