X dies when unattended overnight

Folks,

Sorry, sometimes I forget important things... I am running 8.04 LTS with 
the latest updates (through 11 June AM).

Also as an aside, If you have not tuned your download server I encourage 
you to do so.; it made an outstanding difference in my download speeds. 
See: Administration-->Download Sources-->Download From then go through 
the list till you find a location that is near you. In my case when I 
changed from the Default US server to UT Austin download times were 
faster by a factor of 3-6!
