Hi Stan, there is either something wrong with the CD-Rom or, your
Computer.

This error message means either your CD-Rom is not bootable ie: not
correct, or your BIOS is not set to boot from a CD.
Please do this: Come up in BIOS and make certain boot from the CD is
before boot to a hard drive(s). If this already set up correct I
recommend you go to the Ubuntu web page and buy a CD from them. It will
get there in a few days and work.
I am 5 hours and 9 seconds from getting hardy from d/l and it has
been a real pain. You don't want to d/l a real new Linux. And never tell
which mirror your using.
