    Not to mention that most of those disclaimers cannot, by their nature,
be legal.  Sorry, but putting the notice to not read a message at the
*END* of the message pretty much guarantees they can't be legal.  How am
I supposed to know the disclaimer is there until I read the message and
thus violated the disclaimer to find it.  Errrrr, yeah, sorry.

    IANAL, of course, but I would be surprised if any court upheld such lunacy.
