Strictly speaking, the first user created by an Ubuntu install does _not_
get special privileges.  The group "admin" gets sudo privilege, and the
first user is added to the group, so to change the administrator, you just
add the new one to the admin group, and remove the old one (preferably
_from_ the new user, so that you know it's working!)
