installed 8.04 on Lenovo 0769, no sound. Searching the net found that this was observed and reported by others, but no suggested remedy produced a solution. If somebody has a recent Lenovo laptop on which the same problem was encountered after installing 8.04 and if the sound was restored, I'll be greatfull for the description of the steps taken. TIA, Nik
