No idea at all... I haven't used MS Office for about 10 years, and I
cannot remember what it was like when i last used it.
The OOo Extension is only as good as the rules you give it. It is
open, and you can redefine the rules yourself if you don't like them
as they are... you can add new languages too... if you feel up to it
:-) For me.. it works good enough with the rules it comes with.
