Apache Not Recognizing .php Files

Yes, this was the first issue.  When I upgrade PHP5, for some reason
libphp5.so didn't install.  Go figure!  Anyway, I was able to get
through that issue by installing libapache2-mod-php5.

Anyway, I think the issue is resolved.  Through all the updates I did,
(Apache/PHP/MySQL/OpenSSL) I think FireFox may have gotten confused is
the best way I can put it. No issues when I used IE7 so I kindly
restarted FF and tried again.  I think it may have something to do when
I upgraded OpenSSL.
