LEAP not working

Hi

I am running ubuntu 8.04 on my hp nc6220. I am trying my ipw2200 talk to
LEAP. I went to `Connect to Other Wireless
Network..' and then picked `LEAP' from wireless security and put the Network
Name, Username, Password and
kept the key management as IEEE 802.1X. But it is failing to connect.

So far I am getting only these error and failing to connect
