Wacom tablet and latest kernel

Interesting - I was still using the old kernels due to a multiboot
grub - I hosed that pretty bad and had to boot off the live CD to get
up and running again. So... I guess that rules out the new kernel as
the culprit :)
And - aha! I installed mouseemu (earlier today) to play around with
the old wiimote - seems having the uinput kernel module loaded
prevents the wacom module from functioning properly.
What's the easiest way to have the wacom module load first, then uinput?
