Do the following, which should resolve it regardless of using the OSE or
the non-OSE version:
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-generic linux-headers-`uname -r`
(Or do them each as seperate steps) followed by
sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdev setup
Two kernel upgrades back I had to reinstall virtualbox from the
latest.deb (I'm running the non-OSE version), but the above worked for
me yesterday.
