Un hide K3B menu

Two different ways that I know of (not an expert by any means).  I am
running 8.04.

First, you can just move ~/.kde/share/config/k3brc to
~/.kde/share/config/k3brc.old
and it should start up with the defaults.

Second, I removed this line in ~/.kde/share/config/k3brc
          MenuBar=Disabled
and the menu reappeared.

I realize there are probably better ways of doing this, but it's how I
fixed it.
