fontconfig install help

There's no fontconfig version 1:2.2.3.x.1-19 in Ubuntu.  You have a 3rd
party repository in your /etc/apt/sources.list that breaks your system.
I suggest you remove it.  'apt-cache policy fontconfig' may help you see
which one it is.
