Possibly could, just one of those things where the cost-to-benefit ratio 
wasn't enough to try doing that with these servers...rarely needed to do 
a full install under those circumstances, and when it did happen, it was 
a few bits of cursing and an extra half hour of playing with data to 
shuffle it to a usable floppy at the time.
