The Ubuntu Experiment

I tried installing Nero Burning Rom on someone's computer. I found it
very cluttered and couldn't even tell that person how to actually burn a
CD. I'll stick to my normal tools such as Brasero and CD/DVD creator
here. It just makes more sense to me. And once KDE works with my screen
reading software, I plan to switch to that and use k3b for all my
burning needs. I hear it's very good. Who needs a media player and
CD/DVD burning and video editing program all in one app? It is easy
enough to do all those things if you have a single app for each one. Do
one thing and do it as well as possible. That's my philosophy.

Live long and prosper,
Lorenzo
