virtualbox fans?

Shared folders works out of the box. If you install the extensions on winxp
, it seems to run just fine. I found a little folder in my network places
that simply said something like "vbox shared folders"and when i clicked in
there everything I shared was as it was configured. Have you looked in the
right places?.
