Please note that in my experience Dell has available the choice of
"Warranty Extensions" for Support of their Hardware, but they do not
"support" any type of software that goes into their equipments,either
they be Microsoft, Ubuntu, or whatever.
They do provide an alternative thought: if you pay a fee ( circa £
60.++) you can get a Tech who in a "remote access mode" might be able to
help you out.
But beware...the Techs they use are of varied experience and competence.
