No. Well technically yes with a very tiny distro, but certainly not
worth the effort on that machine. Your best bet is to continue to use
Win98 on it until the machine wears out. I can pretty well guarantee
that you will get the best performace from that machine with Win98.
For others in the thread debating Win98 & memory et al, here are the

I suppose if you maxed out the ram to 144MB you might be able to get
something like tinylinux on there. But in all honesty, the machine, it's
bios, and it's hardware is tuned specifically for Win95/98.
I gave my son one of those years ago. About 6 months ago he asked what
to do with it as bits & pieces were starting to fail. I recommended he
use it for target practice and then donate the scraps to the recycling
service. When it was running w/Win98 it was a pretty good little machine
with the exception of the poor LCD display.
