As it is on mine except for a limited few addresses that are in my
address book, but one could simply delete reference to HTML. I have on
occasion sent those stubborn M$ only people OOo files with instructions
on where to get OOo, how much it costs as opposed to MSWord, and on
occasion, even where to find the import/export filters for MSWord. I
think it helps that people learn not to just take _their version_ of
software for granted.
