gFTP

Gary,

The problem seems to originate from the gFTP client itself.

Is this problem specific to a certain host?
Did it use to work before and suddenly stopped working? If  so  - think of
what might have changed since then...
You can also try and rename the gFTP directory in your home directory to
something like *~/.gftp.old* and try again.
