Issue with file and directory structures

I am trying to mount a share using samba on a AS/400.  I can connect to
the share no problem but when trying to use either Dolphin or Nautilus
to view the directories and files they all show ? marks in there names.
I can not seem too google this question so any help would be
appreciated.
