I have a Belkin router that just up and quit working after some years of 
service although the lights all seemed to be working, ...so I went out and 
bought another as they are rather inexpensive and I can't be down.  However, 
I was playing around with the old one the other day to see if I could either 
feel or see a problem.  Oh yes, from a kid I loved to take things apart to 
see how they worked!!  I was reading something about flashing the firmware so 
thought I'd see how that worked.  I did that and it now works again no 
problem!
