Change partitions?

Could you be a bit more specific what you want to have in the end? What is 
the size of the individual partitions now and what should it be after the 
modification?

If sdb1 is big enough you could format that partition and then copy 
everything from sdb5 to sdb1. But I suppose you also want to combine the 
space of sdb1 and sdb5 which seems impossible to me.
