I didn't know that. aptitude doesn't give a hint pointing in this
direction and the German man page for aptitude doesn't even mention the
existence of "full-upgrade". The English man page documents it as a
replacement for "dist-upgrade", though.

This, I did know, since aptitude spits out a warning when one uses
"upgrade".
