I'd suspect that updates may have finished for this (edgy) version cause of
age but check ubuntu.com for old-versions archives. I find
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UpgradeNotes#From%205.10%20to%206.06%20LTS
which discribes the process and which should give you a good start on your
upgrade.
