Firefox 3 turns grey in Ubuntu 8.04

I really don know what happend in my Firefox, but only happend in Ubuntu and
I am not shure, I think that is only FF3
I have some plugins installed, but none of them are "strange", they are
common ones, like web developer toolbar, flash block, twitterfox and gmail
notify icon.
