Sharing printer on XP for Ubuntu

Dear All,

Is any body listening ??
After googling I have found that lots of people are facing such
problem and till now nobody has found solution. This setback me the
implementation of Linux in my network.

Yes, we are listening. If nobody answers it means nobody has a solution
for you. And anyway somebody did answer you by the name of Paul. Did you
do what he asked? Have you found the correct name for the printer?

Dear All,

1. XP printer sharing give only one name (under printer properties)
2. HP 1020 plus, does not have the network option, thus could not
directly connect to the network. (as suggested by Terry Snyder Jr.)
3. Using caps for domain name, PC name and printer also does not help
(as suggested by Dubh Aingeal)

I would to further experiment till i exhaust ........
