That's too bad, Derek. I hope not too many in the list have that level
of social conscience. But I was certainly not threatening anyone. When I
look at my statement quoted above in your letter, I see the cry of
someone most earnestly begging for help. I am assuming that some of the
people who read this list have the answers. There are certainly enough
of us who have questions!
It would be most pleasant if every question required just one answer,
and that answer were immediately forthcoming. That unfortunately is not
often the case. It has not been the case with the questions I put to the
List. Sometimes clarification is necessary, and that as a result of a
discussion.

I chose to use TB because I was used to using it in Windows. In previous
releases Evolution could not perform up to the levels I required. This
time around with 8.04, I went directly to TB and did not even do more
that a cursory set-up of E. That was also the reason I set up Sunbird.
The equivalent KDE system does in fact do all that I might want, but I
chose to stay with GNOME, and I have had bad experiences with mixing
flavours. I have now completed the set_up E, and henceforth my letters
will come from there.
Do you perhaps know how to make a physical separation of accounts in E?
My first attempts with E resulted in mixing sigfiles and formatted
letters, which drew fire from anti-html colleagues. I have not found any
way to keep accounts apart.

I wrote that certain questions failed to receive answers.I did NOT ever
write that "you don't answer my posts". And are my questions indeed not
clearly worded and exact? If you think so, it would be the first time in
my life!
Now calm down and accept the fact that I am the petitioner here, and you
have it in your power to aid me. I ask nothing more.
