locked myself out of all saved firefox passwords

If your password is strong enough... there is nothing (even brute force 
- within a reasonable timeframe) to do. Your password is hashed to 
become the key to encrypt/decrypt the password store.

You should simply delete the password store files in your profile and 
start again with a new one.

And chose a master password that you will remember.
