So web browser dependent, not a good solution I suspect.  I took a
look at GiffMex.org and their photos appear to be on flickr, nothing
to do with TiddlyWiki.  GiffR is 'abandoned'.

I use various wikis for other things but image organisers they are not.

Err, um, that's a rather basic/fundamental wiki'ism (for most wikis).
