KDE menu in Gnome

It doesn't add a panel menu, it adds a menu item to the actual 
applications menu.  When I have installed it in the past,
it was automatically added.  I also installed a like program to put a 
gnome menu item on the K menu.  When I start up
in KDE, I get the expected behavior, a Gnome menu item is on the KDE menu.
