To browse the Citi site, turn off flash. You can do this in FF by:

Adding the FlashBlock add-in:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/433

Or, what I do is have PrefBar installed which allows me to turn off
flash and cookies and java and javascript and popups...
