Which Ubuntu OS did you download? If it was a single file with .iso at
the end then you need to burn this onto a CD using a program like Nero.
Then reboot with the CD in the drive and follow the instructions.
If this doesn't work, please provide more info on what you downloaded,
what OS you are currently running and some computer specs (memory,
processor etc.)
