Get a law degree before you try making such threats.  I said distributing
their software was a violation of copyright.  Perhaps you're right, and it
isn't - that doesn't mean you've been defamed, it just means I'm wrong. 

The problem with your instructions is they're contradictory.  You say you're
distributing FreeNX, but FreeNX has no dependence on NoMachine's nxserver
and nxagent - so why are they in there?  otoh, if users are installing all
of them, which are they really using?
