I'd back that up too. Have used JPilot for a very long time and have had
no problems at all. There used to be obvious difficulties when Palm
where releasing newer devices quicker, sometimes the installed version
of pilot-link (jpilot uses pilot-link for synching) + kernel didn't match up. But I think with libusb that might not be an issue anymore.
At the mo I have a Tungsten T3, and jpilot works perfectly. I guess the
key thing is don't have the Evolution synch software running (gpilotd?).
Am sure there would be conflicts in that case.
