Only if they've fixed eclipse. There was a bug out there a while back, that
the eclipse developers seemed reluctant to fix, that eclipse would ignore
update-alternatives and use it's own (odd) search path. I didn't get any
notification that the bug was closed, so I would expect it isn't.
