Check Forced...what am I not doing?

that's just regular system maintenance. you're doing everything right.
take a deep breath - now exhale. :)
someone else can speak to the details but when the partitions are setup
they are marked to be auto-checked every X number of boots or Y number
of days. i don't know where it picks either number from, usually Y
seems to be 180 days for me.
anyways, if it didn't find anything and the system booted normally
you're good to go.
