You are not doing anything wrong - this is entirely normal :-)
Every so many boots, the file system is checked. This is a Good Thing.

You *can* change the frequency of checks using the command "tune2fs" ,
( with the -c option) but unless you are comfortable with the command line
and know why you are doing so, you probably don't want to try it...
