[Gutsy] Automount Floppies

Yes I had the same problem with Ubuntu 6.10, the floppy didn't show up and
'place >  computer > Floppy drive' didn't do anything if I clicked on it. I
learned how to mount and unmout with the command line. Didn't try with gusty
7.10 yet.
