I was missing possibility to change time zone. I'm in belgium and
wanted to display Canadian time so i changed source code to allow -t
or -timezone parameter wich accept a numeric value between -11 and 12
determine which timezone should be used to calculate time.
I'm totally new to opensource software and C language but if my
contribution could help, it would be really nice.
So you can find the patch attached.

Please tell me if you're doing something with my file it would make me
happy.
