strange error while I add/remove applications!

Okhai, I made some progress here.

I got the proper files for libtheora0 and libtracker-gtk0, but
there seem to be a bunch of files corrupted here. I'm linking a
screenshot of the folder /var/lib/dpkg/info with all the
strange files in brown instead of text icons. What's going on here?

Do I have to replace all those 10-12 files with their proper contents?
That's insane! There must be a simpler way.
