Dapper on a Core 2 Duo 6300

I fixed the problem. I compiled a new kernel and got it working. The kernel that comes with Dapper should work with the core 2. However, I was forced to add nacpi etc... I was told that the core 2 needs acpi.

I'm using kernel 2.6.23.14-custom-02. /proc/cpuinfo shows 2 cores.
