Restore UBUNTU grub after reinstalling Windows

Seems like the hard way, Steve.

3) should be "enter YOUR password" for a default Ubuntu installation (as
there isn't a root password).

4-8 can be replaced by "in a terminal, type: grub-install --recheck /dev/hda
(or /dev/sda for SATA drives)"
