Important bit from my file below. The first two DNS servers are OpenDNS and
the final one from my ISP.

prepend domain-name-servers 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 213.94.190.194;
request subnet-mask, broadcast-address, time-offset, routers,
    domain-name, host-name,
    netbios-name-servers, netbios-scope;
#domain-name-servers
