I just installed the source package to see if I remembered correctly.  
It puts a zip file with all the sources needed to build the kernel and 
its modules in /usr/src .

May I ask why you want the sources in /lib/modules... ?  I know next to 
nothing about the kernel and its bits, but if you explain what you want, 
someone on here will know...  :@)
